Refund Policy

 

1.Subscription Cancellation:
Once Subscription done, there is no refund policy until the expired period.
Subscribers have the option to cancel their Hot Box subscription at end of their subscription period.
Cancellation requests should be submitted [via the app/website/customer support] at least [5days] before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for the current subscription period once the payment has been processed.
Refunds will not be provided for days when the service was not used during the subscription period.

3. Quality Assurance:
We strive to provide high-quality meals to our subscribers. If a subscriber is dissatisfied with the quality of a meal, they should contact our customer support within [2 hours] of receiving the meal.
Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to investigation and verification by our support team.

4. Delivery Issues:
If a subscriber experiences issues with the timely delivery of meals, they should contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include providing a refund or a replacement meal.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
Subscribers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during the subscription sign up process.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for issues related to undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Payment Disputes:
If a subscriber believes there is an error in the billing process, they should contact our customer support within [3 days] of the disputed transaction. We will investigate and rectify any valid billing errors.

7. Changes to Subscription:
Subscribers can modify their meal preferences or delivery details through the app/website. Changes made after a certain deadline may apply to the following billing cycle.

8. Force Majeure:
The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or interruptions in service.
